HD Brows Brow Highlighter Pencil

The Brow Highlighter pencil makes it easy to achieve lifted and defined brows. The vegan-friendly pencil has a highly pigmented and creamy formula that allows it to blend seamlessly into the skin. When applied under the brow, it helps to add lift for perfect arches, as well as neatening up the edges of your eyebrow make up for perfect precision.

Shades:
Nude - Medium/dark highlighter shade
Pink Nude - Fair/light highlighter shade

How to use:
-Sharpen to neat, fine tip using the Precision Sharpener.
-Apply a line of Brow Highlighter under the brow and blend downwards using the Brow Highlighter Brush.
-For an ultra-neat finish, add a little Brow Highlighter above the brow and blend upwards.
